A Taste of Home

In October 2009, Darrell Warden opened the first Darrell's Dog Gone Good Diner right here in Ocala. The name? A tribute to his beloved golden retriever, Fritz, whose friendly spirit still greets you in our logo today.

What started as one small diner has grown into locations across North Central Florida — from Ocala to The Villages, Wildwood to Crystal River. But the mission stays the same: serve honest, homemade food to our neighbors.

We're dog-friendly because Fritz would have wanted it that way.
